RIYADH — Al-Mutlaq Holding conducted a three-day training session for managers working in sales, marketing, and human resources at the company's headquarters in Riyadh recently.
The training session titled “Emotional Intelligence” and led by social consultant Dr. Khalid Bin Saleh Al Maneef was aimed at introducing participants to the concepts of emotional intelligence, equip them with the skills to apply these concepts in the work place, and to promote the importance of emotional intelligence in both their careers and social lives.
The training session is in tune with Al-Mutlaq Holding's commitment to create suitable working environments, as well as continuously develop employees' skills and introduce them to experiences to improve their behavior and have positive feedback on their work and family lives.
The training session highlighted the importance of emotional intelligence in self-stimulation and excitement in addition to the ability of self-control and restraint.

Abdullah Al-Mutlaq, CEO of Al-Mutlaq Holding, said: “With this type of training sessions, we aim to enhance and develop our employees' skills in an attempt to ensure a successful career and future. We also seek to face the new challenges of our customers and keep up with their expectations. We are confident that our on-going commitment and support for such training session will achieve high levels of success for the company in the future.”
Mohammed Al-Shammari, manager of the legal and administrative issues at Al-Mutlaq Holding, added that the training session was rich with valuable information that added generously to our daily lives and careers.
“Dr. Al-Maneef was also keen on delivering information and concepts in a practical and realistic method, and we look forward to conducting similar gatherings that will help us develop our professional and family lives,” he said.
Al-Mutlaq Holding plans to organize more training sessions for their employees this year, including “Administrative Excellence”, “The Art of Enjoying Life”, Interpersonal skills with colleagues and managers”, “Leader Intelligence”, and “Problem-Solving and Decision-Making.” — SG
