Published in The Saudi Gazette on 23 - 11 - 2013

Gulf Advantage Automobiles, LLC (GAA), importers of Renault vehicles in the Kingdom, received an award in recognition of outstanding customer satisfaction standards provided to Renault customers across the Kingdom. Quality-made Renault vehicles supported by excellent after-sales service has been the reason behind Renault's success story in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Ranked among the top 2 brands in terms of the percentage of most satisfied customers, according to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MCI) mid-year report on car industry customer service. Renault vehicles have come to be synonymous with elegance, style, safety and technology that often put their vehicles in a class above the rest.
Likewise, all Renault vehicles are tested prior to launch under GCC conditions to match local requirements and Renault quality standards.
Christian Boucquet,Vice President of Quality & Service for Renault France, commented on what he saw as a promising future for Renault in Saudi Arabia. “The Saudi market has left a lasting impression on Renault's success world-wide. Considering how well the Renault brand has done in the region, we look forward to what is to come and believe that GAA is performing an outstanding work in customer service and care,” said Boucquet at the awards ceremony in Jeddah this week, where he awarded the head of GAA, Suresh Sethurathnam, a plaque for the achievement. He also wished him continued success.
Sethurathnam said GAA works increasingly hard at anticipating and satisfying its customers. “Renault produces quality products and we endeavor to exceed customer expectations, by providing total ownership experience. Receiving this award is a testimony of our commitment to our customers.” — SG
