Tecnogas partners with Matbouli
Published in The Saudi Gazette on 01 - 07 - 2013

JEDDAH – As the Saudi economic fundamentals remain strong, with both consumer confidence and real estate sector gaining further momentum, Tecnogas – the Italian brand of home cooking appliances, launched in the Kingdom on Saturday a new range of ovens for discerning customers in Saudi Arabia.
At a function held at the Hilton Hotel Jeddah, Tecnogas expressed its commitment to further strengthen the brand's presence in the Kingdom by forging partnership with United Matbouli Group – a highly-respected dealer for international brands in home appliances and consumer electronics in Saudi Arabia.
For over 50 years, Tecnogas is a byword in home cooking appliances for consistently being the world's first in terms of innovation and invention, and the selection of Matbouli as its distributor in the Kingdom will reinforce its position as the market leader for its strength, safety, design, technological research and respect for the environment.
Tecnogas is the most popular oven brand in the Saudi market due to its high-quality finish, unique designs and safety features that best suit the Saudi consumer's needs and aspirations, observers said.
To mark the occasion, Matbouli rolled out the latest products from Tecnogas: the Speciality Trio – a set of cookers specially-designed for the demanding Middle Eastern consumers. The first of the trio is Pattern, a scratch-proof and rugged cooker made with a special threaded stainless steel. Its powerful brass burners, cast iron grids, a small oven porthole for protection and an essential static gas oven make Pattern the perfect package for the head of the kitchen.
Grand, the second in the trio, raises the bar for today and sets the standard for tomorrow. The industry has never seen an Italian cooker with a 150-liter oven in a standard 90 cm width. The name itself speaks for itself. Regardless of the amount to be cooked in its huge cavity, its four fans will distribute the heat evenly and avoid smell contamination between different foods.
Finally, the last of the three, Stretch, is an astonishing 120 cm cooker with a single full-width oven. Inspired by the finest commercial ovens, Stretch targets the aficionados who want to cook the whole animal (e.g., lamb, goat).
The launch is especially timely for the upcoming holy month. Horizontally, Stretch sports brass burners in a set of two 5 kW and four middle and lower power units.
Tecnogas prides itself on innovative designs and color variations that suit all kinds of décor, from modern (Next Series) to classic (Deco Series), as well as the professional range (Pro Series).
Moreover, Tecnogas's new ‘Heavy Duty Line' Professional Series has been created to enhance and emphasize the most demanding chef's culinary skills.
Industry analysts forecast that the demand in the Saudi appliance sector will see a sustained positive growth amid ongoing economic expansion, growing number of middle class and rising population.

Since 1952, Tecnogas has encapsulated the pleasure of cooking with the style, passion and culture of Italy. Every Tecnogas cooker is the embodiment of these elements, and is perfectly suited for those who love food, the quality of cooking and the pleasure of transforming food into delicious dishes.
Tecnogas has made history by inventing the world's largest gas cooker at 120 cm width; the world's largest oven capacity of 150 liters in the 90x60 category; the application of the anti-scratch stainless steel surface; and many other innovations, such as a digital oven thermometer with meat probe, double 5000 W burners, and four best-in-class gas ovens for both freestanding and built-in use. – SG
