RIYADH — The National Platform for Charitable Work (Ehsan), in preparation for the 2022 Hajj season, announced the start of receiving the animal sacrifice (Adahi) requests. Ehsan confirmed that this is the second year in a row of receiving sacrifices requests in Hajj through the Adahi program, which was launched by the platform in partnership with the Saudi Arabia's project for the utilization of Hajj Hadi and sacrifices (Adahi). The purpose of receiving sacrifice requests from Hajj pilgrims and people wishing to sacrifice is to facilitate and expedite the process of performing the rituals digitally without hardship. It is worth mentioning that in order to facilitate the sacrifices from performing the process, the program automatically enables the sacrifice seekers to delegate the Adahi to the platform. It will then start distributing the Adahi and Hadi to those who deserve it as well as distributing it during its legitimate times. The program is also distinguished by allowing users to choose from several things, including the Adahi and the Hadi during the Hajj season, in addition to other services such as: Fedyah, Aqeeqah and Charity (Sadaqah) throughout the year. It is noteworthy that the Adahi program benefited more than 210,000 people, in addition to that the Adahi's amounted to more than SR44 million during the last Hajj season 2021. Ehsan platform has achieved an unprecedented record during the last national campaign that it announced, as it exceeded the total donations amounting to one billion and 350 million riyals, in addition to that more than 4.8 million people benefited from various groups that deserve donations.
