Saudi Gazette DAMMAM — In the Premier Division Final Pan Gulf CC comfortably beat Pak Saudi CC by 9 wickets and won the final of Eastern Province Cricket Association (EPCA) Dammam Youm Al Watni T20 Cricket Cup sponsored by Saudi Cricket Centre (SCC). Pan Gulf took down Pak Saudi, who set a target of 116 in 17.2 overs. Sajid Khan was unplayable taking 2 wickets for 23 runs from his 4 overs. Pan Gulf easily chased down the target in 10 overs with openers Kashif Abbas 52 (22) and Kashif Riaz 50*(30). Kashif Abbas was awarded the man of the match for his overall performance. In the first Division final, Adpco Friends CC scored 140/6 in 20 overs. Cloud 7 CC easily chased the target scoring 143/2 in 14.2 overs and won the First Division cup. Muhammed Shafi scored a match-winning knock of 59(39) but Vineedh Mohanan's 3/30 in 4 overs got him the man of the match award. Enerco CC defeated Intelligent Hawks CC by 50 runs for the Prime Division title. Enerco posted an impressive total of 192/5 in 20 overs with help of Shammed Majid's unbeaten innings of 75(42) who was awarded the man of the match. In response, Intelligent Hawks were all out for 142 in 17.5 overs. Akhtar Ali took 2 wickets for 17 runs in his 4 overs. Farhat Mahmoud, president Eastern Province Cricket Association (EPCA), appreciated the support from SCC along with all teams and supporters.
