Kingdom's Leading retailer LuLu unveiled its latest campaign, "Saudi Kitchen", a four-day food festival that exclusively features a wide range of authentic dishes originated from the Kingdom, coinciding with Saudi Arabia's 90th National Day celebration. Shehim Mohammed, director of LuLu Hypermarkets Saudi Arabia, said: "We have always taken pride in showcasing the beauty of Saudi Arabian culture through a grand food festival like ‘Saudi Kitchen'. This is our humble tribute to the glorious tradition, food, and offerings of this great country. "We have made it extra special by highlighting no other cuisine than the traditional Saudi food favorites across our stores. Other than the wide product variety that we offer in stores, this is our initiative to bind together all nationalities for a common interest through food." LuLu introduced freshly cooked sets of family meals for shoppers to easily order and pick up from the stores, which are comprised of Chicken Mandi, Mutton Kabsa, Arabic Mixed Grill, Sayadieh Fish with lentil soup, salad platter, om ali, and softdrinks for sharing. Mini combo is reasonably priced at SR50, while the mega combo is available for SR91. Showcased by LuLu's chefs, a delicious menu of Arabic snacks, vegetarian delights, grilled favorites, meat delicacies and desserts at affordable prices highlight the traditional flavors of Saudi Arabian cuisine and are readily available throughout the campaign.
