In a major step to support the development of Saudi Arabia's next generation of leadership talent, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), a US-based management consulting firm, has introduced Jeel Tamooh, an association designed to empower future leaders. Top 100 students have been selected across majors from various universities in Saudi Arabia to become members of Jeel Tamooh. The students will attend exclusive seminars and network with accomplished senior leaders at the launch event on March 25-26. The program extends with activities and training planned throughout the rest of the year. Enrolled students will be able to participate in a yearly mentorship program and improve their personal and professional skills through training and development. BCG experts will mentor the selected students in their respective fields to unlock their potential as future leaders, who will advance the world. "BCG recognizes the value of personal development as a critical enabler of future success. We seek to attract talented individuals, and will empower them to learn and grow throughout the Jeel Tamooh journey," said Joerg Hildebrandt, senior partner and managing director at BCG Middle East. "As a global firm, we will share best practices and industry-leading knowledge, to prepare the enrolled students to thrive in a fast-changing world," he said. Jeel Tamooh will develop, motivate and inspire the most talented and distinguished university students in Saudi Arabia to achieve their full potential. The one-year program will strengthen their leadership, professional and interpersonal skills. — SG Jeel Tamooh will develop, motivate and inspire the most talented and distinguished university students in Saudi Arabia to achieve their full potential.
