Ewaan reveals exciting glimpse of new Almayaar housing project
Published in The Saudi Gazette on 03 - 03 - 2013

CITYSCAPE founding sponsor Ewaan Global Residential Company, participating in the Jeddah event for the third year running, has once again captured the attention of the Kingdom's real estate professionals and potential home buyers by revealing its new Almayaar residential project, the company's second major development in the Dahban area north of Jeddah.
“We are following up the sellout success of Alfareeda with Almayaar as an adjacent complementary project offering affordable apartment units in a unique location supported by state-of-the-art infrastructure and full services,” said Riyadh Al Thaqafi, CEO of Ewaan Global Residential Company. “The project is currently in the pre-development phase and is the logical next step in our mission to provide affordable housing for the Kingdom's middle income citizens.”
Ewaan's new Almayaar project is located on a 333,777 sqm site next to Alfareeda and residents of Almayaar will benefit from Alfareeda's world-class educational and medical facilities, mosques, shopping malls and recreational, sports and entertainment areas.
Drawing on the highly favorable feedback from citizens who have purchased homes in Alfareeda, Ewaan is paying special attention to the beautification of Almayaar with extensive landscaped gardens and green areas.
With all 320 villas in Phase One of its hugely successful Alfareeda residential project completely sold out, and with sales in phase two comprising of 420 villas reaching more that 65 percent, Ewaan is making use of its presence at Cityscape Jeddah to market the next phase of the project.
Visitors to Ewaan's booth at Cityscape can see scale models of the various types of villas available at Alfareeda. Alternatively, a fully completed show villa is open for viewing onsite at Alfareeda Residential Project in Dahban.
Together, Alfareeda and Almayaar are leading projects in the trending transformation that is changing the rural Dahban municipality into a vibrant urban extension of Jeddah where middle-income citizens can start a new life in their own dream home and enjoy an elevated lifestyle in a tranquil environment supported by all the benefits of a technologically advanced infrastructure that includes fiber optics telecommunications, an effective rain drainage system complete with rain bypass tanks, and a road network planned and designed to avoid traffic congestion.
With direct frontage on Madinah Road, which links Alfareeda and Almayaar with Jeddah, King Abdullah Economic City and Madinah, the project site is conveniently situated for commuters, while residents will further benefit from the strategic location close to major existing institutions and business developments including King Abdullah Hospital, Al Thuraya University, and the University of Business and Technology (formerly the CBA), as well as impressive new landmarks currently under construction including King Abdullah Sports City, the Kingdom City and the SR37 million Dahban waterfront park on the shore of Red Sea. — SG
