TABUK — Tabuk Police succeeded in talking a young man out of committing suicide after the latter got to the top floor of a newly constructed building and threatened to jump. Eyewitnesses said the man used the scaffolding to climb to the building's roof in a downtown neighborhood of the city. Officers got to the roof and convinced the man, after spending long time talking to him, to change his mind. Scores of curious people gathered near the building while Civil Defense personnel and Red Crescent ambulance were on standby.
