Amir Holidays and Pak Shaheen score thrilling wins in BSF T20

RIYADH — Eleven matches in the RCA Banque Saudi Al-Fransi T20 Tournament completed its Round 7 here on the weekend.
In Super League, Amir Holidays beat KFSH Blues by 38 runs. After winning the toss and batting first, Amir Holidays scored 172-6 in 20 overs. Kamran Hadi made 53 and was ably supported by Nadeem Bhatti (28) and Sami Arshad (26). Qaiser and Danish bowled well and claimed two wickets each. KFSH Blues lineup collapsed and it could only manage 134. Danish made 42 off 19 balls, while Qaiser added 23. Arsalan took 4-16.
In another match, Pak Shaheen trounced Fuchs by 100 runs. Batting first, Pak Shaheen made 201. Abdul Qadir scored 66, Abdul Wahid made 34 and Faisal Khan added 26. Fuchs was all out for 101. Abdul Salam and Abdul Aziz took 3 wickets each, while Abdul Wahab claimed 2.
Lahore Badshah beat Ayoun Al-Badr by 42 runs. Lahore Badshah scored 204 in 20 overs. Asif was the top scorer with 69, Shahbaz hit 54 and Irfan 25. In reply, Ayoun Al-Badr could only score 162. Shoaib and Asif bagged three wickets each.
Lahore Lions beat BSF in another Super League match.
In Premier League I, Riyadh Warriors beat Riyadh Fighters by 4 wickets.
Batting first, Riyadh Fighters scored 172 in 20 overs. Yassir scored 57 and Nusrat 30. Abdul Rahim destroyed the Riyadh Fighters lineup with a 5-wicket haul, Ayyaz claimed 3 and Hassan 2. Riyadh Warriors achieved the target in 18 overs for the loss of 6 wickets. Ayaz scored 51, Asif 31, Abdulaziz 28 and Majid 22. Parvez and Nawraz bagged 2 wickets each.
CKK beat Attieh Steels by 3 wickets. Attieh Steels won the toss and elected to bat first. All CKK bowlers bowled well and restricted Attieh Steels to 141. Abdul Qayyum took 3 wickets, while Nouman, Imran and Omar bagged 2 wickets each. CKK achieved the target in 15.2 overs. Zeeshan and Najeeb batted well and scored 36 and 33, respectively. Amir bagged 2 wickets.
Stallions beat KFSH Greens by 3 wickets. KFSH Greens scored 188 in 20 overs thanks to a great knock of 96 off 46 balls by Naeem. Amir took 3 wickets, while Sajid and Adnan got 2 each. Stallions chased down the target in 18.1 overs. Stallions captain Imran Younus played a match-winning innings of 67, Asif also chipped in with a quick-fire 48. Naeem and Azhar bagged two wickets each.
In Premier League II, Riyadh Panthers won their fourth straight match beating Kashmir-XI by 6 wickets. Kashmir-XI scored 160-8. Waqar, Raza and Hamid chipped in with 2 wickets each. Riyadh Panthers reached the target in 18.5 overs. Raza was the highest scorer with 64, Yassir made 38 and Tahir 33.
Green Bangla continued its winning streak beating Imran-XI by 22 runs.
Batting first, Green Bangla scored 180. Mithun was the highest scorer with 51, while Kokan added 26. Imran-XI could score only 158. Mithun took 3 wickets, while Al-Amin and Moosa bagged 2 each.
Seham beat TBCC in another Premier League II match. TBCC made 158. Seham achieved the target in 16.4 overs.
In the last match of the day, AB Contracting beat Serendib in a nail-biting encounter. Batting first, Serendib scored 199. Waqas bagged 2 wickets. AB Contracting reached the target on the last ball of the match. Waqar scored 52, Tauqeer 42 and Ismail 34. Imran claimed 3 wickets.
