FMP is the biggest distributor of Samsung mobiles in the Kingdom and a subsidiary of United Matbouli Group (UMG) – the sole distributors for Samsung Electronics in Saudi Arabia. The event was attended by CEO Ali Matbouli, Commercial Director FMP Shehab Rashad and Samsung HHP Country Director Hatem Al-Saaie from the FMP family. FMP plans to open chain of retail stores while expanding its service outlets to enhance customer services and facilitate direct communication with their customers. Moreover, the new FMP Golden Warranty promotion offers a two-year warranty on Samsung smart phones and tablets along with an assurance of repairs within an hour. In the quest of enhancing their products, FMP has transferred logistics facilities to a new modern warehouse which is equipped with the state of the art specifications according to FMP reports. Since its inception in 2001, FMP aspires to lead as they are the key distributors of Samsung mobile phones in the Kingdom. Ali Mabouli said the event marked the beginning of a new vision for FMP in Saudi Arabia. Rashad said the new personality of the brand is a shade of their growth strategy and includes the value added benefits that they intend to provide to their customers in the future.
