Al-Saudi XI shocks My Care & Hala in Dopco Premier Cup

Saudi XI shocked My Care & Hala and Crown Steel downed AOT GFC in the WPCA-Dopco Premier Cup while Al-Mazroi, Hala Academy White, Sana Sports and Rayyan excelled in the Morning tournament.
My Care Hala was reduced to 42-4 as Mazher claimed top three batsmen. Waqas, who made 60, first put on 72 runs with Waheed (35) and then 63 with Azeem (30) Then the team slumped to 179-8. Mohsin Mirza hit 55 runs in 36 balls to take the team to 239. Mazher took 4-47, Afzal Saleem 2-45 while Dr. Amir, Nadeem Javed and Nadeem S. got one wicket each.
For Al Saudi XI, Mazher made 40 and Afzal Saleem plundered an unbeaten 122 in just 92 balls to reach 241-3. Nadeem Javed remained unbeaten on 22. Mohsin had 2-47 and Umar one.
Crown Steel racked up 314 through Shafeeq 47, Abid Naseem 47, Hussain Anwer 39, Imran 33, Abu Huraira 31, Kamran 30 and Hammad 24. Shahzad, Nadeem Shah, Qaiser and Imran Yusuf claimed two wickets each and Faiq scalped one. AOT GFC started well with Faiq Habeeb taking the charge to make 74 in 59 balls to put the team at 160-3 at half way mark. Once Faiq returned it slumped from 208-4 to 243 all out as Hussain Bhatti grabbed 3-16, Hammad Saeed 3-42, Ijaz 2-40 and Shoaib Ali 2-52.
Morning tourney
Sana Sports made 145-7 against Marine Services Blue. Adnan hit 50 and Kashif 43. Samir grabbed 4-18 and Arif 2-22. Marine services Blue managed 136-8 as Zeeshan made 62 and Asif 20. Sajjad 2-27 and Zameer 2-35.
Mercedes Benz put up 159 for 6 through Shafeeq making 46, Osama 29 Jibran unbeaten 27 and Saifu 25. Al Mazroi XI in reply was home with 160 for 5 in 81 balls as Sufiyan hammered 6 fours and 3 sixes to compile 86, Faisal made 32 and Zubair remained not out on 26. Osama and Khalid each took 2 wkts for 51 and 31 runs.
Rayyan piled up 166-9 through Jahanzeb 32, Hesham 24 and Qayyum 24 against GD Design. Yahya took 3-24 and Umer 2-25. GD Design was bowled out for 107. Javed made 19 and Zubair 16 while Hesham grabbed 2-7.
Hala Academy White defeated Otex by achieving the required target of 198-7. Furqan blasted 49, Shani 33, Adil 31 not out and Abdul Moeed 29. Asad took 2-48. Earlier OTEX put up 197 with Imran topscoring with 96.
