AL Jazirah Vehicles Agencies selected SAP ERP and Automotive Operations Solutions Software in implementing its Strategic Digital Transformation Project. The project is one of the strategic initiatives by Al Jazirah Vehicles Agencies management to take its IT infrastructure to the next level, aiming to employ the latest hardware and software technologies and solutions across its organization with the objective of streamlining and integrating its managerial and operational systems and processes that enable the company to deliver the highest levels of efficiency, customer service, and satisfaction. The project will include the implementation and operation of SAP Enterprise Resource Planning - ERP and Automotive Operations Solution Software (Dealer Business Management – DBM) from SAP, which will be used across Al Jazirah Vehicles Agencies' entire network of operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. SAP distinctively demonstrated its leadership and strength as a key partner for the project by offering a fully integrated and specialized automotive solution and ERP system which simplifies collaboration, management, maintenance, and business intelligence reporting, in addition to strong customer relationship.
