Interesting matches were played in Prince Abdulaziz Bin Nasser Cricket Tournament, organized by Riyadh Cricket Association (RCA).
In Huraymala League T20 Tournament, Karachi Dolphins beat Lahore Badshah Green by 3 wickets. Lahore Badshah scored 152-8. Sahib Zahideen made 41. Salman picked up 3 wickets, while Anwar and Habib got 2 each. Dophins reached the target in 17.4 overs. Aziz scored 67 and Salman 22. Zohaib claimed 3 wickets. Kohsar Cricket Club (KCC) deffeated Super CC by 17 runs. KCC, batting first, posted 235-7. Faisal blasted a century (110) off 46 balls. Shafeeq took 3 wickets. Super CC managed 218. Shafeeq contributed 66 and Adnan 40. Mehtab grabbed 5 wickets and Adnan 2.
Falcons edged Watan Pal CC by 1 run in a thriller and qualified for the quarterfinals. Falcons tallied 213-4 through Ateeq (67), Farhan (63) and Zahid (54). Qaiser picked up 2 wickets. Watan Pal CC managed 212. Nouman scored 83 and Salman 62. Ateeq claimed 3 wickets and Manzoor 2.
In Hayer League T20 Tournament, Detecon Eagles defeated PTI CC by 5 wickets. PTI CC posted 167. Ayaz scored 42. Aftab claimed 4 wickets. Eagles got to the target in 17.4 overs. Rana hit 71 and Aftab 39. Sultan and Inam took 2 wickets each.
Etihad CC thrashed Sulaiman XI by 72 runs. Etihad CC amassed 250-5 as Sajid hit 110, Talseen 68 and Zahid 37. Sulaiman XI managed 178. Mubashir scored 46 and Ali 32. Ahsan and Atif claimed 2 wickets each.
TBCC beat Riyadh Royals by 69 runs. TBCC scored 178-8 through Kader (39) and Shareef (37). Yassir picked up 4 wickets. Royals managed 109. Asif claimed 4 wickets and Cheriyan 3.
Riyadh Fighters PPF downed Kashmir CC by 3 wickets. Kashmir CC scored 172. Adil picked up 3 wickets. Riyadh Fighters PPF won the match in 19.4 overs as Kashif made 56 and Kamran 42. Kashmir XI beat Thales CC by 5 wickets. Thales CC tallied 199-6. Ali hit 83 and Aftab 32. Kashmir XI won the match in 18.5 overs. Ishfaq made 58 and Amir 47. Shuja and Shahab picked up 2 wickets each.
In Diriyah League T20 Tournament, Delhi Dare Devils beat Kingdom Warriors by 39 runs. Dare Devils put on 175. Amir top scored with 78. Farhan took 3 wickets. Kingdom Warriors were all out for 136. Itrut contributed 47. Shahbaz, Amir, Zaheer and Suhail bagged 2 wickets each.
Smashers CC downed KAMS Indopak CC by 41 runs. Smashers recorded 214-5. Sami and Yassir added 50 each. Kamil picked up 3 wickets. KAMS Indopak CC managed 173-9. Himayat hit 46 and Wajahat 42. Zeeshan, Shakir and Tariq picked up 2 wickets each.
Karachi Kings got the better of Abana CC by 42 runs. Karachi Kings made 223-3. Asghar Khan hit 118 off 61 balls. Hassan added 56 and Raza 33. Majid grabbed 2 wickets. Abana CC managed 181. Asif top scored with 51. Abdulrahim and Imran took 2 wickets each.
