Principal PISJ-ES In pursuit of our distinctive individuality as a nation and to establish our sovereignty as Muslims, our ascendants sacrificed their lives, let go of their loved ones and material belongings, kept irrigating the soil of this land with their blood profuse with the tint of ‘unity, faith and discipline.' Among many other unforgettable chapters of our independence, the day of 14th August marks a landmark in the history of Pakistan. It's the day when sacrifices of thousands of Muslims of sub-continent bore the propitious fruit of freedom for the generations to come. On the day of 70th Independence Day of Pakistan, while I cordially congratulate the nation across the globe, my mind is constantly surfeit with various thoughts like what if we had no separate homeland, what if we were still an unrecognizable group of people on the surface of earth, what if we were not acknowledged as a nation? These thoughts make me thank our ancestors even more, who gifted us peace and forfeited their present to secure our future. I strongly believe that if all of us resolve our sincere efforts towards making our homeland emerge as the strongest state across the globe, then it's bound to triumph over its challenges very soon. Miles away from our country, at PISJ-ES, we are breathing in our youth the same spirit of vestige aspirations, focused approach, sincerity, faith and love towards our country to elevate it to the zenith of glorification and accomplishment. As the youth is the real architect of our country, I would like to advise them to devote their genuine attention towards acquiring education. Only then, they will be fully equipped to face all the challenges of the world to pave way for a developed Pakistan which would portray the Iqbal's dream and Quaid's vision. On the fortunate occasion of the Independence Day when I congratulate the entire Pakistani community, I also extend my deepest gratitude to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and the people of the Kingdom for always standing by us through difficult times of our country. Our nation's father, Quaid e Azam said, "Our object should be peace within and peace without. We want to live peacefully and maintain cordial friendly relations with the world at large. Pakistan not only means freedom and independence but the Muslim Ideology which has to be preserved, which has come to us as a precious gift and treasure." Let's revive the spirit of individuality by commemorating the wisdoms of our forefathers and implementing those golden adages to take our country to the height of that glorification which our forefathers always envisaged.
