MYNM achieves ISO 9001 for Quality Management
Published in The Saudi Gazette on 23 - 04 - 2016

Certification body Bureau Veritas has awarded Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors (MYNM), the official importer of BMW Group vehicles in Saudi Arabia, the ISO 9001, the globally recognized quality management system standard published by the International Organization of Standardization.
Granted to organizations that demonstrate a high standard of Quality Management Systems, achieving this accreditation is part of the importer's ongoing commitment to increase customer satisfaction. By helping to implement streamlined processes and improve operational efficiency, the certification means improved reliability and increased performance, with the ultimate goal of meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
Stavros Paraskevaides, Managing Director of Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors, said: "In today's highly competitive business environment and in a world of rapid change, it's essential that we differentiate ourselves and constantly look for ways in which to grow and evolve. We have been BMW Group's trusted partner for 25 years and are one of the company's best performing importers in the Middle East, achieving year-on-year success. One thing that has remained constant throughout is the quality of service we provide and the ISO certification will elevate this even further, making our leadership positioning stronger."
Since 1990, the BMW Group has experienced robust growth and prosperity in the Kingdom with the support of Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors. At the heart of the company's success is an unwavering focus on exception customer service, with the importer witnessing high customer satisfaction levels year after year. With the integration of ISO 9001, the official importer of BMW Group in Saudi Arabia will strive to exceed this level of satisfaction, aligning with the "We Care!" program launched last year.
ISO 9001 is a standard that is internationally recognized for Quality Management Systems (QMS). It is the most commonly used QMS standard worldwide, with an estimate of 1.1 million certificates issued to organizations in 178 countries.
