One-sided matches in RCA SAIB Cricket Tournament

RIYADH — Round 3 matches in the SAIB Cricket Tournament saw a number of lop-sided encounters. The tournament is organized by Riyadh Cricket Association and sponsored by Saudi Arabian Investment Bank.
Al-Kharaj League
Lahore Badshah defeated CKK by 2 wickets in the 40-over league. Najeeb stroked a brilliant 129 to help CKK achieve a big total of 295. Noman scored 38 and Umar 34. Yassir, Usman and Imran claimed 2 wickets each. In reply, Lahore Badshah chased the target in 38 overs. Imran smashed an outstanding 103. Yasser (82) and Usman (75) scored fifties. Kashif bowled an exceptional spell to grab 4 wickets.
Shuraim lost to KFSH Blues by 71 runs. Khurram (64), Nasir (48), Munawar (46) and Ayaz (45) were the main contributors for KFSH Blues (288 for 9). Faisal and Inam bowled well and picked up 3 wickets each and Shahnawaz 2. Shuraim was all out for 217. Sanaullah (58) and Arifullah (53) showed some resistance. Abdulraheem and Iftikhar bagged 3 wickets each. Munawar took 2 wickets.
Hayer League
The match between Indian Strikers and Kashmir Strikers ended in a thrilling tie. Indian Strikers posted 187 for 7. Nashter hit 61 and Anish 38. Aijaz picked up 3 wickets, while Faizan and Shabir grabbed 2 each. Kashmir Strikers held their nerves to score 187 in 20 overs. Mudasir smashed 91 and Ishfaq 25. Sunil bagged 3 wickets and Ashraf 2.
Punjab Stars cruised to a 5-wicket victory over TBCC. TBCC piled up 202 for 9. Touseef picked up 3 wickets and Asif 2. Punjab Stars chased down the target in 18 overs. Yasif played an outstanding innings of 94. Zaheer added 49.
Riyadh Fighters PPF routed Kingdom Warriors by 9 wickets. Kingdom Warriors was all out for a meager total of 98. None of the batsmen crossed 20. Salman, Qari Salman and Naseer took 2 wickets each. Riyadh Fighters PPF won the match in 5.5 overs. Qari Salman smashed 41 off 13 balls and Kahif scored 39.
Tigers won against Green Bangla by 7 wickets. Green Bangla racked up 102 with only Zakir showing some fight with 37. Mehmood and Sharaf scalped 3 wickets each, while Chondon collected 2. Tigers rushed to the target in 12.5 overs. Sailesh with 45 and Kamran 41 took Tigers home.
Lahore Badshah Green thumped Riyadh Royals by 4 wickets. Riyadh Royals was bowled out for 117. Inaam hit 38 and Shehzad 32. Wasim picked up 3 wickets and Atif 2. Lahore Badshah Green reached the target in 17.4 overs. Atif (39) and Mirza (25) batted well. Aqib claimed 2 wickets.
Watan Pal flattened AKCC Blues by 9 wickets. AKCC Blues compiled 108. Quraish took 3 wickets, while Zainullah and Salman captured 2 each. Nouman's 80 off 25 balls helped Watan Pal to achieve the target in 8 overs.
