Adnan hits 4th straight century

RIYADH — Adnan Ahmed of Stallions scored his fourth consecutive century in the round seven of the RCA Saudi Orix Tournament.
The tournament is organized by Riyadh Cricket Association (RCA) and sponsored by Saudi Orix leasing company.
Huraymala League
Thanks to the fourth straight century by Adnan Ahmed, Stallions registered its 4th victory in a row beating Riyadh Fighters. Stallions posted 252 for 2. Adnan scored 159 off just 63 balls. His innings included 5 sixes and 18 fours. Sohail added 58. Riyadh Fighters fumbled to 192. Tamia (43) and Imran (38) showed some resistance. Taqi picked up 2 wickets.
Pak Force lost to Aisco by 25 runs. Aisco put on 228 for 5. Amjad scored a brilliant hundred (108). Asmat smashed 53. Mudasir picked up 2 wickets. Pak Force fought hard but was restricted to 203 in 20 overs. Qasim hit 81 and Mudasir 27. Naimat claimed 3 wickets.
L'usine thumped AKCC by 57 runs. L'usine piled up a modest total of 178. Adeel continued to show his form with 70 and Syed scored 27. Abid scalped 4 wickets and Zia 2. Thanks to brilliant bowling spell by Rustam Ali (4-8), AKCC was bowled out for 121. Talal took 2 wickets. Sultan top scored with 25.
Kohsar registered a victory over Super Cricket Club by 6 wickets. Super managed 148 with Shahid (37) and Nasir (27) being among the runs. Sohail picked up 3 wickets. Saqib and Adnan grabbed 2 wickets each. Kohsar scored the required runs (149) for the loss of 4 wickes in 15 overs. Saqib (53) and Manan (55) scored fifties. Mudasir took 2 wickets.
Riyadh Warriors beat Pak Eagles by 8 wickets. Pak Eagles racked up 170 for 9. Ayaz top scored with 50 while Altaf mustered 27. Gaffoor took 3 wickets. Mohsin and Prem grabbed 2 wickets each. Riyadh Warriors rushed to the target in 17.1 overs. Azeez hit 43, Rahim 45, Ayaz 41 and Asif 34 to ensure a comfortable win.
Cricket Samarwa lost to Pakistan Falcons by 30 runs. Pakistan Falcons posted 208 for 2. Yasir was sent packing in the nervous nineties (94). Hamza and Waseem scored 64 and 34, respectively. Cricket Samarwa could manage only 178. Nauman and Abubaker scored 55 each. Arif and Hamza bagged 2 wickets each.
Hayer League
Kashmir Strikers lost to Thales by 6 wickets. Kashmir Strikers made 191 for 3. Sameer was unlucky to lose his wicket on 96. Mushtaq scored 55. Thales achieved the target in 19 overs. Zaheer played a match-winning knock of 75 and Aziz added 59.
Patriots flattened Shaheen Strikers by 4 wickets. Shaheen Strikers compiled 187 for 8. Patriots reached 188 for the loss of 6 wickets in 18.4 overs. Zeeshan blasted 53 and Waseem 37. Yasir took 4 wickets.
Green Bangla humbled White Stars by 17 runs. Green Bangla mustered 167 as Zakir scored 48 and Mazharul 40. White Star was restricted to 150. Musa and Kakon grabbed 2 wickets each.
Pak Saudi Warriors was defeated by TBCC by 3 wickets. Pak Saudi Warriors scored 148. Shareef took 4 wickets. TBCC was home in 19.2 overs. Faisal top scored with 52 and Shareef helped with 29.
Riyadh Royals won against Pakhtunkhwa Gladiators by 6 wickets. Pakhtunkhwa was bowled out for 97. Zahid, Inam, Khalid and Kifayat picked up 2 wickets each. Riyadh Royals rushed to the target in 10.5 overs. Shahzad scored 45 and Abubaker 36.
