A new "Sykes-Picot" is ripping Ukraine in a similar way to what the West & the United States had done when they ripped the Arabs big State into many minor states and created the delusional borders between the Arab states for keeping the wars going on between them together with declaring a secret and public war with the Soviets for crumbing the last forts of powers (which are) competing them. However, Putin has started to do the same thing to them again through reviving the Russian role of being the equal or parallel power. At this time, he did so through prohibiting them from approaching his country's influence zone even by the countries that achieved independence from the Soviet Union and started to move away from it through joining the NATO & the European Union for surrounding the Russians through a military and economic belt for returning Russia again to its shell and natural borders only. Thus, there has been a necessity for creating a leader equal to the characteristics of a superpower through choosing Putin as a positive and important choice. Through a small operation and with no previous warning or fear from an international party as the United States of America; he had managed to separate Southern Estonia from Georgia and the result had been no more than protests that do no preserve the opponent's dignity, Once again, Ukraine came along as a cornerstone in a new conflict where the Ukrainians have dreamt that any Russian military work against them shall lead to a new world war. However, the logic has imposed the appeasement first for looking for political solutions that keeps the fearful possibility of raising the level of attitudes away. However, the Russians have joined Crimea and are preparing themselves now for joining East of Ukraine through polls thought to be fictitious. In spite of this, Russia has imposed the reality of that it is not a short wall that can be jumped over. Thus, there has been no effectiveness for the economic boycott or threatening of its consequences due to that the West has massive investments in Russia and does need its oil and gas energies for which there are no alternatives, in addition to that Ukraine itself is subject to debts and a need which have no alternative for energy resources from Russia. Accordingly, all parties are falling in the Russian imprisonment due to their need to Russia's resources. Oil game has entered into the yard of struggle for conquering Ukraine as the American President has tried to sell his country's surplus reserve for reducing the prices that have been rejected for practicing pressure on Russia. In this regard, it has been said that the United States sought to push Saudi Arabia towards becoming a part in the problem through increasing its production for the same purpose. However, we are neither friends nor enemies to Russia, we have not accepted to enter into a conflict about which we have no interest or purpose. In spite of that Russia had exploited the period of oil embargo against the United States and the West during 1973 War between Arabs and Israel through increasing its production and exports for achieving financial gains and pushing the world towards believing that it represents the reserve that can support it for stopping the lack of energy sources & in spite of using such a weapon is tempting in the case of our disagreement with Russia about Syria, this is never going to happen due to that oil is not able to be used in political conflicts as it represents an international commodity which is subject to supply and demand. Undoubtedly, the Western – Eastern Conflict has started to increase in away which irritates or concerns the whole world. However, if we consider the power balance , we shall realize that the first victim shall be Ukraine due to that it is the conflict field that may lead to a civil war which benefits Russia and doesn't harm the West which is not willing to enter into a war on behalf of another party due to that it cannot bear its massive expenses in addition to that the political options proposed remain as the only way for securing Ukraine by the West and declaring the anger against Russia. In both cases, Ukraine is not going to find someone who may cover its shortfall through another serious solution. Thus, Ukraine is a new victim of a new "Sykes-Picot" cloned from the earlier one.
