It is very rare in the third world to find among the traditional leaders those whom at the same time, provide all of their performance follow up efforts from their full time as most of them are not compatible with the comprehensive responsibilities undertaken by them. This is an issue about which the praise and satisfaction have been repeated due to the reality pr fact that does not disrupt the traditional efforts which seek moving all direction towards whatever useful. It is clear here that the routine represents the acceptable presence addressed in the concept of those who seek what provides work movement even if its achievement is no more than some of what is really required. In general, it is difficult in our third world to find a full responsibilities performance activity as what you may find is some of it only. However, the worst part is that you, as a follower or criticizer who is facing any failure, cannot describe what has happened by stating that it is a duty failure or illogical humbleness of accepting the achievement of some of the required efforts or even necessary efforts. All parts of our third world have witnessed this worst reality, which means our Arab World in general as it came out of this solitude of the citizen's desire and the real practice of the high official and was lead to leaving with a sense of fear in his heart in spite of that he has been watching what causes him pain such as wasting the public interest and experiencing the most difficult living conditions through driving the nationalism away from its reality towards the worst aspects of its conflict. In the Kingdom; where are we before all of this? During the start that were few decades ago, we have been, like most Arab countries, unable to understand what is happening in others' countries and unable to practice the trials required for reaching a simple bit of what others have. This is due to that we had been lacking even the early educational stages and the enough competencies that van help us in planning for modernization followed by development. Everybody knows, indeed, how the village had been the town or city of today and how the amounts of simple food, in regard to quality and benefit, had been derived from the products of desert which quality and benefit used to be limited. If we do respect the our present reality nature; we need to know very well the tough conditions and multiple various dangers that others are suffering from to be able to understand fully the big responsibility of having enough awareness and competent concepts capabilities for keeping us away from the various dangers that other Arabs are experiencing where murders have spread easily. We had respected ourselves well enough in the near and far past when we avoided bending in spite of the solitude that has been keeping us away from what we neither understand nor own when the Arab World had been passing through its past developments. However, the same Arab World is still passing through its present conflicts but everyone is saying that we have achieved distinction through our mindful concepts and competent capabilities efforts that led us towards being members in prestigious international fellowships rather than being members in bloody Arab conflicts.
