Savage factors and elements in the life of the Arab human connived together along the social geography and transformed him to a marginal, soft and miserable creature in regard to his dealing with his existence meaning, assumed roles in making his reality and future, facing his political, living and life crises & achieving his dreams. All of this is based on assuming that he is capable of dreaming through destinies that provide him with a chance to free himself and get out of his pains, retardation, ignorance, poverty and misery that covers the details of his time, in addition to his ability to own his economic and developmental destiny, breaking into the history and entering in its dynamism to be active in his production, deciding his paths and influential in directing his movement for achieving the interest of his cases and life styles. The factors that connived together included that the Arab human couldn't abandon the culture of tribal, clannish and sectarian belongingness for entering into the public work system, melting fully in the Arab identity awareness and facing the intellectual, cultural and productive challenges innovated by the world for presenting them as a product of a mind which thinking, planning and exploring. In his ambitions and social work forms; he did not try to confirm his insistence for getting out of his miserable reality and his will of fighting for blowing up all the ideas of restricting himself within the tribal and sectarian circumference and culture for moving far towards the fields and spaces of Arab effort that grants him an honorable survival and innovative product in knowledge, science and aspects of enlightenment and modernity. Thus; it had been very easy for him to be subjected to and disabled before the ruling of the dictator regimes that transformed him to a herd which is being driven to its fearful destinies that he is living in now. One of these killing and savage factors was that the Arab human has been subjected to the military ruling and coops since their starts in the Arab World by the first coop led by Husni Al-Zaim in Syria on 1949 where they seized the human, homeland and gains & transformed them to a futile case and a sad, wailing and funny comedy. They went far in the methods of suppression, tyranny and disabling all development projects for stabilizing the ruling of the intelligence and the methods of oppression, detention camps, prisons, assassination and public killing applied on anyone who tries to think, protest, practice his citizenship through participation or production or expresses daringly his opinion in regard to an issue that serves the interest of people and the homeland. They abandoned the feeling of identity and substituted it by belonging to the sect or the ruling party. The military ruling devoted the marginalization of the citizen and transformed him to a member of a herd. In "Lisanul Arab" (i.e. the Arab's tongue) dictionary, the patron is the shepherd while the patronized creatures are the herd of sheep which are driven to the grazing land for fattening before being slaughtered. They did not learn the culture of social work, the participation in making the political life or the thinking for facing the retardation in education, health, economy and production process. Thus; they have become disabled in regard to developing any establishments, breaking into the process of modernization production, building the establishments of the state and practicing the political work through awareness, intellect, understanding and ambition. Accordingly; chances were missed and lost, time was wasted and dreams were assassinated. What is happening now of confusion, chaos and regression is the result of all of this and its evidences are clear in Tunisia, Libya and Egypt. We wish it to become mature in Syria to be enabled, through the fall of Al-Assad's regime, to pass into maturity, awareness and modern state.
