With the desperate military revolutions that were dumped in its misery in the late fifties, we got introduced to media speeches that were characterized not by futuristic views, diagnosing the diseases and pains scientifically, putting solutions for the society's problems, and the human by the backwards acts of life, concepts and blockading poverty, ignorance and diseases, but they were categorized by practicing shouting, noise, fake promises, continuous prosperity, and emancipation of current miseries- or as the revolting speech pictures it- to moral contents in the leading practices and putting the social contract that organizes the relation between the political leadership and the people in its conscious frames, the same way it was produced by the political sociologists, and as the mind enforce as well as the experiences of the modern democratic countries that are ahead of us in the organizational work, human rights, and the leader-citizen relationship. The wild speech contributed in avoiding a lot of faults in the Arab society structure and the leadership failure in putting the development programs and plans that are able to prepare the human for productive and viral positions to contribute in creating the development, which will prevent combining the nations' image with the static leader, so that the leadership narcissism, focused concerns ambitions and desires around himself and his supernatural miracles in creating the country and formulating the progressive ideology for the people, while we are filled with losses, disappointments, starvation, improvised life and originating the culture of the well-less pastoral society. This tricky authoritative speech took over the life of the Arab human, and filled his daily behaviors with shallow dreams and the disability to change the political thoughts, or the absence of such thought because the knowledge is not there in the first place. The life in the Arab geography seeks songs and slogans and repeats the consuming and smothering revolting speeches and lives in a false dream, until the shocking defeat of 67 for all the triumph dreams, regaining dignity, justice, equality between people and catching up to the development cycle and entering the modern productive world. The fakeness and shallowness of this speech was revealed back then, and all the advanced revolutionary systems failed in its claims to provide freedom, equality and working on developing people intellectually, economically and educationally. The painful thing is the transition of the speech with its noise from being authoritative industry and an art that the opportunists and careerists master to the political and sectarian ideologist medias, and the harsh attacks became a characteristic of the social speech as well as the dialogue product between the sectors and classes in all Arab countries. This means that this hustle will continue to block our paths' vision. Let us admit our failure, brokenness, and disability to establish a logical speech that encourages our generations to practice dialogues and accepting others, and the failure is due to the fact that Arabs are "voice phenomenon".
