We can look forward to the personality of King Abdulaziz- may Allah have mercy on him- and the progression of our development to find that Abdulaziz didn't unify a nation only, which is very hard, to look for a personal presence, where the tribal leaders before his time and during the beginnings of his era used this concept to be noted, where the periodic presence depends on the personality side and the time of the presence, the time of his tribe's or city's activity. King Abdulaziz created what expresses a huge privilege in the reality of the Arab world before one hundred years when he accomplished the hard mission, in fact it is the hardest in the Arab world where at that time, before a hundred years, the European arts were known for Arabs and the far cultures in Russia and pre-communism, Europe and America were closely circulated professional readers who published it.
