And to stop the influx of emotions , we have to look seriously to what happened , and what are the financial needs of both countries , and the necessity of supporting them , as the losses was very huge , and to compensate them is a national duty which is not limited to one country , and it is very shame that an European countries are racing to visit and give promises for support , while the Arabic Nation with all its great abilities still surprised with what happened , and did not positively interacted , and maybe the beginning of the meeting of " The Arab League " that being only for the representatives had come as an optimistic start , as the subject do not relate to any rescue operation , but to think seriously that balanced with the necessity , that the risks that surrounding both revolutions still existing if the motive comes due to the Arabic dereliction , and we slithered to any immoderate parties whatever its type or purposes . . The economy of both countries " Tunisia and Egypt " had suffered from complete paralyzation , and with figures that been discussed in the cases of corruption , predation and administration forsake , and the accumulative debts , and the duplicated increments of the unemployed and needy people , then all of these reasons consider suggesting an Arabic project very quickly , and this sense make the gulf countries leaders to think about saving the both countries " Tunisia and Egypt " from the existing dilemma , the Arabic event had formed a concussion in the governmental milieus , and panic for others in opposite to public celebrations that trespassed all Arabic countries and outside too , but the assessment of the ethical responsibility, should not be measured by what happened , and analyzing its reasons and results , but to understand the future consequences , and to deal with two communities , not to expired authorities . . ( Camp David ) had overthrown the unified Arabic work , and its reasons that the community has no role in its motivations and consequences , and determination of the Arabic Egyptian community that its authority did not took its real role , while both revolutions had refreshed the hope of return that revive the personality of the great nation , which is the operation that became an international and Israeli obsession because the content of the message that reached to the involvers in the issues of the area from who are putting all negative and positive possibilities , who are being aware of its importance and seriousness on the international peace . . And to avoid mixing of visions in front of us , then the quick initiative to save the both countries " Tunisia and Egypt " from any consequences , will create a positive atmospheres for the Tunisian and Egyptian citizen , and emphasize the unity of the Arabic points of view , and collaboration of the Arabic people together . .
