U.S. stocks finished down Friday, closing out a bad week, as investors continued to focus on global issues that plague the world markets. In international news, the European debt crisis is still weighing heavily on investors' minds. All three indexes earned their worst weekly losses of the year, finishing at the lowest levels since January. The Dow Jones industrial average lost 73.11, or 0.59 percent, to 12,369.38. The broader Standard & Poor's 500 index fell 9.64, or 0.74 percent, to 1,295.22. The technology-heavy Nasdaq composite index dropped 34.90, or 1.24 percent, to 2,778.79.
