An earthquake measuring 4.5 on the Richter scale shook the vicinity of Bahabad in the central province of Yazd in Iran. The seismological base of the Geophysics Institute of Tehran University said that the tremor occurred on Thursday morning and was epicentered in an area located at 32.09 degrees latitude and 55.71 degrees longitude. There is no report on possible damage caused by the earthquake.
