At least 13 ministers are to keep their posts in the new Egyptian cabinet, formed by prime minister-designate Kamal al-Ganzouri, state television reported on Friday. dpa reported that the new cabinet, to be made up of 32 ministers, is expected to be sworn in on Saturday. Foreign Minister Mohamed Kamel Amr, Oil Minister Mohamed Abdullah Ghorab, Electricity Hasan Younes, Planning and International Cooperation Fayza Abunnaja, Agriculture Minister Salah Yousef, Information Minister Osama Heikal, Oil Minister Abdullah Ghurab, Communication Minister Mohammed Salem, Endowments Minister Mohammed Al-Gosi, Industry and Foreign Trade Minister Mahmoud Isa, Irrigation Minister Husham Gindeel and Tourism Minister Muneer Fakhri Abdunnoor are among those who will remain in charge of their portfolios. Al-Ganzouri is expected to appoint new interior, health, finance, education and justice ministers.
