AlQa'dah 20, 1432, Oct 18, 2011, SPA -- The fourth meeting of the Higher Committee for Development Organizations of the Arab Gulf Program for United Nations Development Organizations (AGFUND) was concluded here today. The two-day meeting was chaired by Prince Talal bin Abdulaziz, AGFUND Chairman. The meeting approved health insurance for the poor in anti-poverty mechanisms, which is considered as a quantum leap in AGFUND project to combat poverty in the Arab world. The meeting issued a number of development recommendations that enhance AGFUND march. On the sideline of the meeting, Prince Talal signed two agreements with the Center of Arab Women for Training and Research, and one agreement with the Arab Council for Childhood and Development.
