or his deputy- to discuss and sign with the French side a project to train Saudi medical specialists in France under the cooperation agreement in the field of higher education and scientific research which was signed in Riyadh on 13/01/2008 between the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the government of the French Republic.
The Cabinet approved a memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Health of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Health and the Public Health Agency of Canada.
The Cabinet approved a number of appointments as follows:
1- Dr. Sulaiman bin Mohammed bin Ali Al-Turki appointed to the post of Economic Adviser (Rank 15) at the Ministry of Finance.
2- Abdulaziz bin Ali bin Suleiman Al-Thweini appointed to the post of Director General of Rights (Rank 14) at the Ministry of Interior.
3- Obeidallah bin Hamdan bin Saeed Al Sanaa appointed to the post of Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry for Audit (Rank 14) at the Ministry of Civil Service.
