The Minister of Civil Service Mohammed Bin Ali Al-Fayiz stressed that the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Ibn Abdulaziz Al Saud has paid attention to university graduates and has issued recently a royal decree approving a detailed plan and a schedule containing urgent short-term solutions and urgent future solutions for addressing the increasing numbers of university graduates prepared for teaching, and holders of health diplomas after obtaining general secondary certificates. In an interview aired by Saudi Akhbariyyah Channel on Tuesday, Al-Fayiz said that the Civil Service Ministry has a two-phase plan: the first one for 14,000 jobs for those who have passed the professional examinations from holders of health diplomas, and the second phase for 14,552 graduates who have not passed the professional examinations. The Minister of Civil Service stressed that Saudi female employees work in all posts of the State even up to the excellent ranks, pointing out that female employees work in the State represent 32% of the State's employees; the number of all State's male and female employees is 843, 566 inclusive of 289, 331 female employees. Meanwhile, he said, “The private sector hosts 8000,000 expatriates. Their number in the State is limited. They have been employed especially in health services at the Ministry of Health, and a small portion of them are in the higher education sector at universities."
