Under the auspices of Lebanese President General Michel Suleiman, represented by Caretaker Minister of Information Dr Tarek Mitri, The Lebanese National News Agency celebrated here today its Golden Jubilee Anniversary in the presence of a number of ministers and politicians and diplomats The Director General of the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) Abdullah Bin Fahd Al-Hussein attended the anniversary's celebrations along with a number of directors of Arab and foreign news agencies. In her speech, the Director of Lebanese National News Agency Lour Suleiman Saab expressed her thanks to all attendees for their participation in the celebrations of the Agency's Golden Jubilee anniversary, stressing the Agency's keenness on cooperating with all the media organs. On the sidelines of the celebrations, workshops organized by the Lebanese National News Agency started this morning, which focused on addressing the relationship between the news agencies and other media organs as well as the credibility and objectivity of news.
