The registration to The custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' Program for Job-seekers' Allowance will be launched on Wednesday in all parts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, said Adel Faqih, Minister of Labor. The registration can be accessed through one-time registration on Website " www.hafiz.gov.sa and through the uniform number 500200 in all the three communication service providers, mainly STC, Mobily and Zain. The first phase of the program aims to account for all enrolled and following phases will be introduced accordingly, the minister said The ministry has received inquires on determining the criteria, the sum and date and time for eligible allowance beneficiaries. The ministry will announce all the rules and mechanisms for the incentive program to be completed after the Supreme Economic Council reviewed all related recommendations and approved by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Faqih said. The importance of the program is to collect the real number of Job-seekers and to identify job categories, which in turn contribute in providing more accurate data to support plans to address the issue of unemployment in the long term more effectively and achieve sustainable development in the labor market, he added. He pointed out that the decision on the incentive program is a temporary solution for Job- seekers with priority given to recruitment, training and rehabilitation as a strategic option for the ministry.
