A survey shows that car production in Britain rose 27.1 percent during 2010 and that commercial vehicle production increased by 35.7 percent, according to AP. The Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders said Thursday that about three quarters of the 1.27 million cars produced last year were exported. The society's chief executive, Paul Everitt, says he expects further growth in the automotive sector this year.
