Qa'dah 03, 1431, Oct 11, SPA -- Governor of U.S. State of California Arnold Schwarzenegger on Monday praised Russia as a «gold mine» for foreign investors on a trade mission intended to help expansion of Silicon Valley companies. Schwarzenegger has taken a delegation of Silicon Valley business leaders and venture capitalists in his tow to help them establish connections in Russia, which has launched its own technological hub. Schwarzenegger praised Russian President Dmitry Medvedev as «one of those great visionaries» and hailed Russia's investment opportunities during a breakfast with U.S. businessmen. «The potential for growth is so extraordinary, it's like looking at a gold mine,» he said. «All you've got to do is to go in there and get it.» Medvedev has launched the nation's own version of Silicon Valley in Moscow's suburb of Skolkovo, and he and Schwarzenegger were to tour it Monday, according to a report of the Associated Press.
