Rescuers pulled 19 more bodies from the rubble of Russia's largest coal mine Monday but 59 miners and those who had gone in to save them were still missing deep underground as water flooded into the shafts. The official death toll now stands at 31 following two explosions in the Siberian mine, the Associated Press reported.
