But what is really disappointing is that the call of Russia and the US which try to link Israel's signing of the treaty of non-proliferation of the nuclear weapons with bringing about peace in the Middle East. "This is tantamount to a development showing a flagrant support to Israel. It also means an endeavor to projecting Israel as the country which faces the Arab danger despite the fact that the Arabs have demonstrated their readiness for peace through the Arab peace initiative which will pave the way for a just and comprehensive peace in the region. So it is not a strange matter when the Arabs reject the idea of linking Israel's singing of treaty of non-proliferation of nuclear weapons with bringing about pace in the middle east," said the daily. "The proper procedure is to force Israel to sign the treaty like the other countries without linking it with peace because such a trend will make its continual existence as a real source of threat to the peace in the region."
