Saudi Ambassador to Damascus delivers the Kingdom's contribution for its membership in AIPU

Noureddine Bouchkouj, Secretary General of the Arab Inter-Parliamentary Union (AIPU) received here today the Saudi Ambassador to Syria, Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Alaifan.
During the meeting, AIPU Secretary General received a check of contribution from the ambassador Alaifan for the membership of the Kingdom's Shoura Council in the AIPU for the year 2010.
Issues of common interest and aspects of cooperation between the Shoura Council in Saudi Arabia and AIPU were also discussed during the meeting.
The Secretary General of AIPU expressed thanks to and appreciation of the permanent commitment of the Saudi Shoura Council to provide such contributions, praising the role played by the Council within the activities of the Union.
