Dr. Sheikh Tayseer Rajab Al-Tamimi, the Chief Justice of Palestine, Chairman of the Christian-Muslim support for Al Quds and affiliated Blessed sites, described today the demolition of Arab houses in Al Quds city is a crime of ethnic cleansing against the Muslims. Tamimi said in a news release today that Al Quds city is under unprecedented Judaization and desecration of Islamic and Christian sanctities, and that the Palestinian presence in Jerusalem is now threatened with extinction due to the Israeli plans aimed at the systematic cleansing of Palestinian presence in the city. He described the process of demolition of Palestinian houses as genocide and ethnic cleansing and a clear violation of all international norms and conventions. "The goal of the Jewish fierce attack on the Palestinian presence in Al Quds city is to tighten the control over the Blessed Mosque of AL Aqsa. It is obvious especially after surrounding the Mosque with more than a hundred illegal synagogues and seven Talmudic parks and give the green light to the extremist Jewish groups to storm in heavily and daily to the yards and even inside the mosque," he added. He pointed out that the citizens living in Al Quds city become targets of all forms of terrorism to force them to abandon the Arabian city of Al Quds. Tamimi called on Arab and Islamic nations to move beyond condemnation and denunciation and confront the Zionist Judaization of Al Quds and put pressure on international fora to opt for political stands in consistent with the Palestinian rights in Al Quds. --SPA
