The Minister of Interior may decide a conditional release of any convicted to imprisonment if he spent three quarters of his sentence in prison and reflected a good behavior while in prison, provided that such release poses no danger on public security. The period spent by such released person in prison shall not be less than nine months. The conditional release may not be granted unless the indicted has met all financial obligations emanating from the crime for which he was sentenced. B- The Minister of Interior may decide an additional amnesty no longer that fifteen per cent of the term of imprisonment for whoever passes educational or vocational training programs, provided that he reflects a good conduct while in prison and that such release poses no danger on public security. --More
