Political and popular organizations in Jordan have condemned the Iranian statements which said that Bahrain is a part of Iran, and noted that such statements will widen the gap between the Arabs and Iran. A statement, issued by the Jordanian political and popular organizations, reiterated that Bahrainis an independent Arab state and it is an indivisible part of the Arab nation. The statement said the rejected Iranians remarks reflect Iranian expansionist policy which can never be tolerated by the Arab nation. The statement asked the Iranian officials to refrain from such statements which only serve the enemies of the nation at the time when the Arab and Muslin nation is passing very critical circumstances. Rejecting an Iranian intervention in the affairs of Iraq and Bahrain, the statement said Iran is still occupying the islands of the Untied Arab Emirates. Iran is in need of establishing friendly relations with the Arab and Muslim countries in the light of the American ad Israeli attacks it has been facing, the statement added.
