Prince Turki bin Talal bin Abdulaziz has announced the completion of arrangements for the arrival of the urgent humanitarian assistance ordered by Prince Talal bin Abdulaizz, the President of AGFUND, to the citizens of Gaza. He noted that the assistance includes medical supplies and equipment in addition to clothes. The relief assistance will arrive to the citizens of Gaza via Rafah in coordination with the UN. In a statement released today, prince Turki highlighted the Saudi stand as regards extending support to the Palestinians people, and said that comes in line with the Saudi relief campaign ordered by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz. He noted that Prince Talal bin Abdulaziz had earlier called for lifting the siege imposed on Gaza. It is worth mentioning that Prince Talal recently announced the opening of a branch of the open Arab university in Palestine.
