Kuwait names ambassador to Iraq

Kuwait's official news agency "KUNA" says the country has named an ambassador to Iraq for the
first time since the 1991 Gulf War.
Thursday's report quotes the Kuwaiti foreign minister as
saying Ali al-Momen, a former military chief of staff, will
take the post.
