Then the Cabinet reviewed topics on its agenda and took the following decision: Having examined Royal Decree No. (2072 / mb) dated on 10 / 3 / 1429 which calls for the formation of a ministerial committee to study the delay of some contractors in the implementation of projects and how to deal with this phenomenon, the Cabinet approved the rules and procedures that address delay in the implementation of governmental projects.
