King Saud University (KSU) has signed three joint-services accords with British Leeds University to benefit from its experiences in the field of developing the works of Scientific Centers and post-graduate scholars program. The accords were signed by Rector of King Saud University Dr. Abdullah Al-Osman and his British Counterpart Dr. Michael Arthur. Following the signing ceremony, Dr. Al-Osman said in a statement to The Saudi press Agency (SPA) that the accords include conducting common Scientific researches of value to the Saudi Economy as well as allocation of various seats for scholars of Post-graduate studies in King Saud University. The accords cover joint cooperation between King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Institute for Nano-Technology in the University which was supported by The Custodian of The Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz with about SR 12 Million and Nano Technology Center in Leeds University, he added. It is worth mentioning that the Leeds University was founded in 1904 and deemed as one of most popular Universities in the United Kingdom and enjoys high and distinguished International status around the World in Scientific Research and Innovation domains, with more than 26, 000 students enrolled in various branches of studies.
