Twenty-one bodies lay at a hospital mortuary on Monday in the west Kenyan town of Kisumu, convulsed by rioting over a disputed election, Reuters reported. A Reuters reporter saw 10 blood-spattered corpses outside, while staff said there were 11 more inside. Almost all the victims died from gunshot wounds, either on Monday morning or overnight, witnesses said.
