Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, has sent a reply cable of thanks to Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz, the Minister of Interior and Chairman of Hajj Supreme Committee on the occasion of the success of this year's Hajj . The Crown Prince said in his cable," We reviewed your cable referring to the success of Hajj season this year in all security, service, organizational and preventive plans according to high levels of diligent performance and sincere efforts exerted by the command of Hajj security which enabled large crowds of pilgrims to perform this great ritual easily and comfortably in an atmosphere of full of tranquility and faith. Thanks to the directives of the wise leadership, this year's Hajj was ideal by all standards and was performed in a healthy environment free of diseases, epidemics, and matters that might disrupt it. We thank you and our sons who participated in the implementation of this year's Hajj plan along with all governmental bodies for your great actions to serve pilgrims and for the provision of facilities according to strict plans which contributed to the success of Hajj and its appearance in an honorable image reflecting the hopes of the leadership of this blessed country enlightened by the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques. The Monarch has not followed up Hajj affairs only, but he, himself, has been keen on facilitating and overcoming the performance of Hajj rituals easily and comfortably. May Allah greatly reward the King on behalf of Islam and Muslims and crown our and your efforts with success for the glory of this country and the service of our nation." --More
