He said the authorities concerned have made available two temporary shelters for irregular pilgrims. Strenuous efforts were exerted to control the phenomenon of brokers who help some pilgrims to violate instructions and systems of Hajj by providing transportation for them and sending them inside Makkah, taking unpaved roads from behind the regular check-points, he said, adding that many of them were caught violating the system. To avoid traffic jams or suffocation, the Ministry of Health has equipped ten centers at the three-storey Jamarat bridge working around the clock in addition to field medical services along the bridge in collaboration with the Saudi Red Crescent Society, Dr. Mirghalani said. Highlighting the health services in the central area surrounding the Makkah-based grand mosque, he said there are six health centers in addition to Ajyad hospital in the vicinity of the mosque and the field medical service equipped with 95 ambulances.
