Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud arrived in Cairo today on a state visit to Egypt.
At Cairo International Airport, he was received by President Mohammed Hosni Mubarak of Egypt, Prime Minister Dr. Ahmed Nazeef; Minister of Defense and Military Production Marshal Mohammed Hussein Tantawi, who is also Commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces; Minister of Culture, Farooq Hosni; Minister of Finance Dr. Yousef Butrus Ghali; Minister of Representative and Parliamentary Affairs Dr. Mufeed Shihab; Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Eng. Samih Fahmi; Minister of Foreign Affairs Ahmed Abu-Al-Ghait, and a number of ministers.
The King was also received by Prince Nawaf bin Faisal bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, Vice President of Youth Welfare of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; Hisham Nazer, Saudi Ambassador to Egypt; Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Qattan, Saudi Arabia's Permanent Representative to the Arab League; and Saudi Embassy staff members.
Then the guest and his host headed for the presidential palace.
King Abdullah's official delegation consists of Prince Saud Al-Faisal, Foreign Minister; Prince Miqren bin Abdulaziz, Chief of General Intelligence; Prince Faisal bin Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Saud, Assistant Chief of General Intelligence; Prince Turki bin Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Saud, Advisor to the King; Prince Mansour bin Nasser bin Abdulaziz, Advisor to the King; Prince Dr. Bandar bin Salman bin Mohammed Al Saud, Advisor to the King; Prince Mishaal bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Minister Plenipotentiary at the office of the Minister of Foreign Affairs; Prince Lieutenant General Turki bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz; Prince Abdulaziz bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, Minister of State, Member of the Cabinet and Chief of the Court of the Cabinet's Presidency; Prince Mohammed bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz; Dr. Ghazi Al-Gosaibi, Minister of Labor; Dr. Ibrahim Al-Assaf, Minister of Finance; Iyad bin Ameen Madani, Minister of Culture and Information, and other senior protocol officials.
