Announcements of facilities producing distinct organic chemicals: The ministry should be informed by 15 February of every year through filling in the announcement form prepared for this purpose by any person who produced through manufacturing during the previous year more than: A- 200 tons of distinct organic chemicals B- 30 tons of any material of distinct organic chemicals containing the elements of Phosphorus, Sulfur or Fluorine which were produced by a factory or more 2- Exception: The ministry may not be informed of the factories (facilities) whose production is confined to Explosives or hydrocarbons. Article XXVI The ministry shall send the announcements relating to Articles XXI, XXIII, XXIV and XXV to the national commission 15 days after receipt of these announcements. Article XXVII The Customs Authority shall provide the national commission and the ministry with annual statistics on imports and exports of the listed materials within 30 days of the end of the year. Article XXVIII Any person practicing activities concerning the listed materials or the distinct organic chemicals according to the rules of the statute should prepare records concerning these activities to verify the nature of the activity, the used materials and the incoming and outgoing amounts and should keep the records for three years starting from the end of the year in which he presented the announcements to the ministry. Article XXIX Any person requested by the ministry to provide information relevant to the announcements or helps in the implementation of the convention or in the application of the regulation or the statute should provide the ministry with this information within 15 days of the receipt of the request. --more
