The date of issuance of the license and its expiry. The concerned ministry has the right to suspend or cancel the license in case of violating the licensing requirements in the annex and the conditions of production or in the case of violation of the rules or regulations. The concerned Ministry and the General Authority for Investment will notify the Interior Ministry and the National Commission immediately upon approval of the license that is issued. Article XV Import or Export Procedures for substances listed under Schedules II and III: 1 - Any person should apply prior to the permission from the concerned ministry before the import or export of substances listed under schedules 11 and 111 through filling the form prepared for this purpose. 2 - The concerned Ministry will provide the Ministry of the Interior a copy of the application within a week from the date of submission of the request. 3 - The concerned Ministry will study the request and answer the applicant during the forty (40) days from the date of submission of the request. 4- The duration of the authorization is five (5) years from the date of its issue. Article XVI The clearance procedures for substances listed under 11 and 111 1 - Should any person obtained the permission to import or export the materials listed under schedules II and III, should request the concerned ministry to allow clearance of each shipment of imported or exported of these materials prior to thirty (30) days of the arrival or departure of the actual shipment through the filling of the form prepared for this purpose. --MORE
